Terms of service

1. The service

Pull & Post ("the service") is a trap-shooting score journal operated at pullandpost.com. It lets you log shoots, rounds, and per-target scores, track equipment, view statistics and insights, and earn achievement patches. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use the service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Pull & Post is a paid service: $49 per year or $5.99 per month. Every membership begins with a 14-day trial; a valid payment card is required to start, and you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and payments already made are not refunded on a pro-rated basis. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice — changes never apply retroactively to a period you've already paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

4. Your data

Everything you log — scores, shoots, guns, notes — belongs to you. We store it on your behalf and use it only to operate the service. If your subscription lapses, your data is retained and remains yours; you can delete your account and all of its data at any time from Settings. See the privacy policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' data, reverse-engineer non-public interfaces, or use automated tools to scrape or overload it. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation or that statistics are error-free. Pull & Post is a score journal; it is not affiliated with the Amateur Trapshooting Association, and scores logged here are not official registered scores.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change is material, we'll notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
