Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account data — your email address and password (stored as a hash by our auth provider).
• Profile data — the display name, home club, and preferences you enter.
• Shooting data — the shoots, rounds, per-target scores, guns, and notes you log.
• Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We receive your subscription status, never your card number.

We don't collect location data, contacts, or anything from your device beyond what you type in.

How we use it

To run the product: showing you your own scores, statistics, and patches; processing your subscription; sending transactional email (account confirmation, password resets, billing notices). We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models. If you use scoresheet scanning when it launches, the photo you upload is sent to our AI provider to read the scores and is not used for training.

Who processes it

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Stripe — payments.
• Anthropic — AI scoresheet reading (only when you upload a scoresheet photo).

Cookies

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your rights

Your data is yours. You can export the scores you've logged by asking us, correct your profile in Settings, and delete your account and every piece of data in it yourself, at any time, from Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as you have an account — that's the product's promise: your journal, kept for good. If you delete your account, it's gone. If your subscription lapses, your data stays intact and remains yours.
